I recently went in; on Wednesday I have been doing business with you guys for over more than 5 years now. I am usually always treated properly and I always enjoy my visit but this Wednesday was the worst. I went in, in a great mood, the receptionist was on the phone, I understand you have more than one customer has to be attended. So I waited, and waited AND waited for a good 10 to 15 minutes. NEVER had I waited that long in a salon, especially Capelo. Once the receptionist got off the phone she asked me what I was there for, she was very UNinformed of what I was asking her, midway through my sentence she rudely ignored me to answer the phone. She could have politely asked me to hold on a minute so she could answer, I would have completely understood. I was doing a walk in like I always do since I never have a set schedule, I had arrived at about 5:30, I wanted something done to my hair that takes no longer than 10 minutes, but since she was on the phone for a good while she couldn’t seat me because the stylists that were there were going to be busy. You guys really need to get TWO receptionists so customers don’t begin to get impatient. Make your receptionist KNOW what they are talking about, and I was very upset that I didn’t get seated because it wasn’t my fault that she was on the phone while the stylist could have seen me. Very disappointed.

I LOVE THIS PLACE MORE AND MORE EVERYTIME I GO. THE STAFF, ESPECIALLY MY CARMEN R WONDERFUL. THE BAMBOO MASSAGE IS JUST SOOOOO RELAXING! :)
